I contacted Miracle Details after purchasing a coupon from Screaming Coupons. I am new to the area and not familiar with any local detailing companies, so I decided to give them a try. As soon as I called to schedule my appointment, I was incredibly impressed with their flexibility and ability to confirm a time on such short notice. When the technician, Dirk, arrived at my house, he was on time, professional and explained his entire process to me. When he was finished, my car looked brand new. He made some recommendations for my car's upkeep for the future and even mentioned that if I noticed anything that I wanted re-cleaned or if it rained the following day, they would be back out to clean the car again at no additional charge. I am thrilled that I stumbled upon this detailing service and I will for sure use them again in the future as well as recommend them to my friends. I also should mention that the person that I contacted to schedule my appointment offered to donate some of their services to the charity that my company represents. I had my car detailed via a promotion where I received a full detail job (including clay bar treatment) for a really good price. To be honest, I was apprehensive because it seemed too good to be true. The guy who came to do the job was there on time (and by the way the appointment was confirmed the day before, which I appreciated), he was friendly, he explained everything he was going to do and with what types of products, and then he went to work. I checked on his progress periodically, and he didn't mind at all. When the job was completed, I was pleasantly surprised... the car looked fantastic. Overall, I would recommend this company as they seem to be customer-focused and concerned about satisfaction of their clients, which I can say I am now one! I plan on using this company again and heartily recommend them. more
