This place does not care about customer satisfaction. I ordered the ALL YOU CAN EAT. During the course of my meal I ordered sushi and asked for a ""Shiso Leaf"" to be added to ONE of my orders for flavor. It's like a condiment, like asking for sesame seeds. When my bill came they had added $1.00 extra for the leaf. I asked to speak to the owner and asked why this was extra. He told me ""That anything not on the menu was extra."" When I tried to plead my case, he walked away. I understand that it was only $1.00 extra, but why charge for it? It was a little green leaf, less than one square inch. Charging me for it felt like something very small-minded on their part. I believe the expression is called ""nickel and diming you"" I'm finished with them! I hate it when little extras are added onto bills! I'd rather spend a little more and have the owner care about me as a customer and treat me right.
