I have used Precision Heating for the past 10 years for maintenance, replacement, and service. I have never had a problem with them. They arrive on time, cheaper in price ( if not pretty reasonable anyway), courteous, and very professional and knowlegeable. Sorry to hear people have had bad experiences with them.
