Worst

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Saturday customer service. Lousy service to repeat and loyal customers. Precision is the only company that has serviced my home's dual AC/furnace unit...

Ed has been my tech for the last two visits and i find him to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. after spending $3400 on new 95% efficient furnace, thermostat was not oeprational on zone one of the system, your professional tech came back out on 1/26/10 and checked it out and replaced thermostat--took time to show me and explain all his steps to me--very professional and a classy representative of your company! we look forward to saving. thx more

Very good, professional and thorough. Our new furnace seems to be working much better and quieter than our old one. Our new thermostat may be off on the start time in the morning. We are still checking it. Thanks for everything and for being so prompt and quick. And for putting up with our dogs!! more
