We had our rugs picked up several days before Christmas and my husband told me to have them cleaned at the house, but when the technician explained that it had to go to the factory, so be it. The technician assured me that it would be back in time to be in front of the fire for christmas. We got it back with a few phone calls before the holiday and we had a great day with Santa and the carpet. The carpet looked new but my 11 year old spilled some eggnog on it *sigh* so back to ABC hopefully Alex will understand
