I had a really horrible experience with that store. The guy who worked there (didn't want to tell us if he's the owner) barely understands English, not mentioning about other languages, but still tried to pronounce European names and last names which is usually just annoying.
Anyway I came there with my girlfriend and we asked 8 times if they have a Polonez Airmail Parcel service (as they have stated on the window ad). The guy confirmed so we shipped our package. We paid $62 and insured the package for $50. It was supposed to be delivered within 6-14 days.
After 3 weeks the package still wasn't delivered so we came there to check what's going on. They told us that they shipped it with USPS!!! Although we paid for $20-30 more expensive Polonez. Anyway, package was never delivered (probably got lost as USPS uses Polish Post Office which simply steals the packages, that's why we always use Polonez which is expedited as Fedex or UPS)
So, we asked for the refund ($62 + $50 insured value). The owner declined and also called THE COPS!!! He said that we are aggressive!!! I was never treated like that in any business in the world before!!! That store should be shut down right away.
Summarizing, we had to get the refund through the credit card company and then we have to sue him to the small claims court as he lied to us and we actually don't know if he shipped it all...
Anyway! If you don't like problems - avoid this place!!!
