Been going here for a few years now and decided to just review the place. Been doing all my mailings and shipping at this store and have no complaints. I usually send gifts to friends and relatives and the owner packs it for me with one of his boxes or creates or modifies one for me if the size is a little weird. The place is fast, reliable and very friendly and accommodating for my special requests. Recommended! more

Moved to Brea several months ago so I was looking to find a mailbox and a shipping store for my small Ebay business near me. I found this place and decided to give it a try after scoping it out and talking to the owner. He was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to you. I've had his mailbox service for a little over two months now, and every time I come by he greets me with a warm hello and knows me by my first name. It's a small mom and pop's place so you get a personal and warm vibe from the place, unlike the other big franchises. Also, I get special favors like calling in too see if I have a package or if an important letter has come by. Sometimes, he even calls me when I receive a letter or package I've been waiting for. I just let him know to call me when something I'm waiting for comes. I continue to ship all my packages here and gotten to a point where I just drop the package in the morning before work, and he packs it and ships it out for me. And I come by a day or two and pay him my invoice. That is great service and saves me precious time in the morning! I highly recommend trying this place out, the owner is nice and courteous, gives great service and will go the extra mile for you. Also, I prefer to support small local business owners and not those big corporate guys :) more

I had a really horrible experience with that store. The guy who worked there (didn't want to tell us if he's the owner) barely understands English, not mentioning about other languages, but still tried to pronounce European names and last names which is usually just annoying. Anyway I came there with my girlfriend and we asked 8 times if they have a Polonez Airmail Parcel service (as they have stated on the window ad). The guy confirmed so we shipped our package. We paid $62 and insured the package for $50. It was supposed to be delivered within 6-14 days. After 3 weeks the package still wasn't delivered so we came there to check what's going on. They told us that they shipped it with USPS!!! Although we paid for $20-30 more expensive Polonez. Anyway, package was never delivered (probably got lost as USPS uses Polish Post Office which simply steals the packages, that's why we always use Polonez which is expedited as Fedex or UPS) So, we asked for the refund ($62 + $50 insured value). The owner declined and also called THE COPS!!! He said that we are aggressive!!! I was never treated like that in any business in the world before!!! That store should be shut down right away. Summarizing, we had to get the refund through the credit card company and then we have to sue him to the small claims court as he lied to us and we actually don't know if he shipped it all... Anyway! If you don't like problems - avoid this place!!! Pros: no! Cons: just read below more
