I don't normally pay my phone bills at authorized dealers but I had no choice since I did not have a ride to a T-Mobile store. I payed in cash for my passed due balance and I asked many times if he had all the information he needed. He responded yes and that I was all set. I've been battling with T-mobile for the passed two weeks because the payment went missing. I've gone back to the store on three occasions and it was only open on a Saturday. On the Monday and Tuesday I went it has been closed even though the store hours say it should be opened. He claimed that the issue was resolved yet here I sit writing this review because my phone is disconnected yet again.

This number is also a FAX NUMBER not the store number so I have no way of communicating with him and leaving him a message.
