I had a made a payment through him (the one and only guy who is in the store, he's the owner) since I had been in school and couldnt pay online and only had cash I rounded up from family members who helped me out before the deadline.
Two days later after giving him $200 plus dollars (almost $300) PLUS a $5 service charge my cell phone was disconnected. I went back to him it said it was all set and my phone should be up and running and he had filed a misplaced payment report. BUT WHY? What did he do with my payment? I went online to check my acocunt and on my phone it says I owe nearly $400 and that I haven't paid so I can't change any of my services. So I went back AGAIN to him to make sure he took that off and see what he said. He had 5 people in the shop asked everyone what they needed when I told him that they need a fax he just simply took out a folder with the reciept that I had paid and told me to come back the next day if it hadn't gone through. I dont have the time to go back EVERYDAY and he should be doing his job.
Three days later and my account says I still owe and my account is ON HOLD. He said I should have gotten a confirmation e-mail, I didnt receive anything.
Just before that my sister got a new phone there and when she opened it the bluetooth didn't work AND there were old numbers from I guess the person who previously owned it. This guy definately takes advantage of people who go to him for help I WOULD NOT recommend going to him for help. Just stick to the official authorized retail stores. Even if you do have an emergency payment to make, just wait it out and go when the authorized T-mobile stores are opened because this guy tells you he's got it under control and doesn't do the job you paid him to do.
Si no entendieron esto, porfavor busque quien se lo tradusca porque este señor se ha aprovechado de muchas personas en East Boston y el que sale perdiendo siempre es el cliente.
