We had an instrument due for return, but on the day it was due the store was closed for unknown reason. I called them and they said that would be fine, I could return it the next day. They took it back alright, and then put it as a chargeoff on our credit since it wasn't back the day it was due, and has RUINED our credit. Be Careful of them, they lie!!!
