Recently purchased an electric bike here based on short alley ride. After a long ride realized the bike geometry would not work for me, was told I could not return the bike by all the staff at store and was treated like I was trying to tip THEM off, in spite of the fact that there was no information given to me about their return policy. It was only after a long back and forth battle that they were willing to give the refund. It is really unacceptable to be treated like a thief when a legitimate return is needed. All the other bike stores in the area do allow for returns, even on custom bikes in some cases. They had very unethical approach to dealing with my concerns.
