I am a repeat customer of Tucker tires because they have been honest and never try to upsell me. They have an 'old school' way of doing business by getting it done. No employees just hanging around while your car sits out back. I don't think the wait is any longer than any other place. It just feels longer because there isn't a store to walk around (and spend more money in) to occupy your time. Bring a book and enjoy the break! \r

As for the phone service, they aren't here for lattes and muffins, they are in the tire business. Get over yourself and drive down there. That's where the good stuff is.
Pros: reasonable prices, no 'hanging around' the shop
Cons: waiting time is spent in tire storage/waiting room
