I was a patient in this practice since 1969. However, in 1997 the office manager was turning my account over to collections for a late fee that occurred because their staff did not file with my insurance carrier in a timely manner.\r

I did recently have to take my grandson there on a Sunday due to the Minor Emergency benefit. Child was running high fever and not feeling well and the waiting room wait was over 30 minutes.\r
