Great Clinic and Doctors 5/13/2012

I have been a patient of this clinic or 10 years and am very pleased with the staff. I have seen several of the doctors there and they all seem to care. I see Dr. Mason mostly and have referred many of my family members to her. I think the office staff is caring and they make me feel like they really care. I think the people that come on here and compain about them are people that have nothing better to do with their time. Many office's charge a no show fee and as for waiting they are a minor emergency center. And emergencies do happen.. I would recommed them to anyone more

Seek medical help elsewhere!!!!! 5/11/2012

In 2011 I went to this office for a last resort before going to the hospital. I have had the pleasure of sitting hours in the waiting room (sarcasm here). Dr. Wooster is one of the worst there. Bedside manners, misdiagnosis and a VERY long wait. This place is a joke! These doctors don't know what they are practicing here. Please if your or your children are sick please turn around and head somewhere else. This is not the place to go. I also have looked at these other reviews and no, I am not a former employee nor a former patient. The only good thing about this office was the front staff along with the office manager were very understanding why I was so mad and tried to do as much as they could from what I could tell to get me in faster. more

My family Loved this office 1/24/2011

If you have ever had a child wake up from a nap with a severe headache and high fever and you didn't know where to take him for medical care? This is the place to go. My neighbor told me about this office because it is open on the weekends and stays open until 8pm at night. I walked right into this clinic without an appointment and my son was taken care of promptly. The front office staff was friendly and genuinely concerned for my child - not to mention the patience they displayed for a hysterical mom whom they managed to keep calm. We saw the doctor who was on call for the evening and was thrilled with the compassion shown by the nursing staff as well as the excellent care my child received from the physician. The office even called the next day to see how my child was doing. more

This place is GREAT ! 1/21/2011

This place is great! I have lived in Broken Arrow for many years and did not know this office was a Family Practice as well as a Minor Emergency Center - which offers evening and week-end hours. Recently, I visited this clinic due to illness and would recommend it to anyone. The staff is nice, efficient, and extremely knowledable. I had forgotten my insurance card and their business office called the insurance company to obtain my inoformation for me so I could see the doctor right away. The nursing staff and doctor was great. I filled out my paperwork, saw the doctor and was done without waiting for a lengthy period of time. They also have a laboratory on site which is really nice because I didin't have to go somewhere else to have my lab drawn. My overall experience of this office was exceptional and everything ran smooth as silk. The employees are well trained and they answered all my questions. The thing I liked the most about this office is that I was not treated like a number but given the utmost respect from everyone I came in contact with. more

I was VERY impressed! 1/15/2011

We had to take my 5 year old daughter to this office last Sunday. The office staff was great and Dr. Asher was absolutely amazing. He was so great with her and our 3 year old that came along for the ride. My husband and I both go here as well and do not have a bad thing to say about this office. My husband sees Dr. Mason and if/when I have to go back someday (I am rarely sick) I will definitely request Dr. Asher or Dr. Mason. The best part is they are open 7 days a week! more

Great office And STAFF 11/11/2010

I have been going to this office for over 15years. I have had nothing but good experiences here. As for some of these reveiews I believe they are nothing but, GARBAGE. I have never had any issues with the staff, office and or doctors. This to me is one of the better urgent cares. I have never had ANYONE discuss with me financial troubles that this office is having. I think to me the person who wrote that review must be a discruntal former employee and or patient. ""Loose Lipped"" sheesh. The office staff seemed to be very professional. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. The only complaint that I would have is that sometimes you do have to wait awhile but, hey thats what happens at urgent care centers. Be careful reading these reviews MOST people who post reviews on here are people who are mad or were let go as patients and or employees. Like any office if you dont pay your bill on time then yes the collections office not the office manager will turn your account over to collections. Thats how it works. I used to work in a doctors office and our collections department would do the exact same thing. Thats what happens. Also, a $50 no show charge is pretty normal with most doctors offices. They have to get paid too. If you miss your appointment that was time and money wasted for that slot and could have gone to someone else who really needed to get in. I gave this facility 5 stars they have always been there for my family and I. more

Why I left 9/22/2009

I was a patient in this practice since 1969. However, in 1997 the office manager was turning my account over to collections for a late fee that occurred because their staff did not file with my insurance carrier in a timely manner.\r \r I did recently have to take my grandson there on a Sunday due to the Minor Emergency benefit. Child was running high fever and not feeling well and the waiting room wait was over 30 minutes.\r \r Pros: Great doctors Cons: Terrible office staff more

Nice Doctors, Bad Office 8/10/2009

The doctor was good, but not good enough to wait on the phone forever just to make an appointment, then to come in and wait over an hour to be seen. Then the front staff seemed to care less and very rude and even said they couldn't find my chart and that's what was taking so long. For the wait and inexperience and rudeness of the staff it's just not worth it. Pros: The doctor was nice Cons: long wait, rude staff more

Disappointed 7/6/2009

After talking with the staff I found out the practice is in serious financial problems due to the office manager not paying bills on time and hiring inexperienced staff. This office manager is also lacking in training and does not know how to perform all the jobs in the office. I was shocked and amazed how loose lipped the unprofessional staff is at this practice. more

Nice Drs but worst wait and staff is rude, 4 hours for a sore throat 12/9/2008

My arrival time was 3 hours and 45 minutes before I left. I sat in the waiting room for ONE AND A HALF HOURS. Then sat in the actual room for ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES BEFORE THE DOCTOR CAME IN. It was not all that busy, it is this way every time my family goes there. They called with test results on one day and said you have blah blah, the next day they called with test results and said you tested negative for blah blah, imagine her surprise when my husband said BUT YESTERDAY YOU SAID I HAD BLAH BLAH AND SHE SAID, OH, WELL, YES I AM SORRY, I SEE THAT YOU DO HAVE BLAH BLAH, MY BAD...they order .too many unessessary tests (who needs two cat scans in a week for constipation?) Bottom line, if you dont mind spending hours on end for a minor cold, go for it. But by all means, bring something to read. There are 2 magazines-Agriculture Today and 2006 OSU alumni magazine (NO LIE) more

BAD POLICIES . GREEDY 10/15/2008

MY FAMILY HAS USED FAMILY MEDICINE ASSOCIATES FOR OVER 14 YEARS, NEVER MISSED AN APOINTMENT UNTIL NOW, MY WIFE CALLED BEFORE THEY OPEN, AND THEN FORGOT TO CALL BACK WHEN SHE GOT TO WORK. THEY SENT US A BILL FOR 50.00 DOLLARS. I PETTIONED. BUT DR. DALTON SAID HE WAS STICKING TO THE POLICY. BY THE WAY, HOW MANY TIMES DID THEY MAKE US WAIT 45 TO 60 MINUTES WHEN WE ARRIVED ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENTS. SEEMS THEY SHOULD PAY US FOR THE TIME WE LOSS WAITING. MY FAMILY HAVE DECIDED TO FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. I GUESS WE ARE GOING TO STICK TO OUR POLICY! more

Nice place with nice doctors and nurses. Very terrible communication. Nurses are bad about calling back, receptionists are rude. Pros: Good care. Cons: Terrible communication. more
