10.12.09 I want to update my review. I participated in my first triathlon last weekend. I was the 5th place female finisher. I totally accredit that to my time in the gym with Dan. My legs felt strong during every leg of the race. I was so pleased with my results. I feel even more positive about my time at Body Symmetry after that. I highly recommend the facility no matter what your fitness level or goals are.\r

I have been seeing Dan at Body Symmetry for a little over a month now. I've been impressed and pleased from the first day I walked in the door. I was not looking to loose weight but to increase my core strength, endurance and balance. I hate lifting weights and going to the gym. I have loved his innovative approach to training me. Every excercise we have done has been new to me and always targets more then one muscle group. In just one month I have noticed great results in my running, riding and yoga practice.
