I was apprehensive dropping off my dogs, but the people here did seem very nice. I worry about boarding places because I have heard such horror stories. The drawbacks of Austin Pet Ranch are:
Pros: People here seem to really love animals
Cons: closed on Holidays, don't let you see animals quarters..
