The food is good in the way of flavor but it's not authentic cajun. The food was made for a diverse palette not for someone who is looking for hardcore cajun - you can't really find that outside of Louisiana or east Texas at best.
Haven eaten here more than once, I know the food is good flavor and can appeal to a lot of people. My only complaint is that to get a good samples of fried and sauces, it can get pricey.
If you're looking for authentic, you may not find it here - but what you will find is a cozy atmosphere with good food and a good time.
Pros: Diverse food choices and good flavor
Cons: Can be pricey for a full tour
