If there was a negative star I'd pick that one. worst place I've lived in my life!
I am about to take these idiots to court. I lived in Old Academy and my toilet was broken and broken and broken. When the maintenance man did come to fix it he'd do a half a** job and it would be broken again. But I was happy that he actually came... took an ENTIRE month to get him out the first time around! He once had the nerve to tell me to ""flush the toilet carefully"". Who flushes their toilet carefully????
Management is beyond lame, they'll lie to you so get EVERYTHING in writing. They'll put fees onto everything so plan on those as well.
I will never ever do business with this company again and highly discourage others to do the same
Pros: There are NO Pro's!!!
Cons: Losing money, pretty much no maintenance, rediculous staff.
