I'm surprised theres any good reviews on any of these websites. It scares me that theres a company like this that operates out there they are all about quantity and not quality and are ALWAYS late. They are unprofessional and their dispatchers argue on the phone with there EMT's about collecting money ( they are over priced) and even left my father at the hospital once because we needed another 10 mins. to get ready and they said they weren't willing to wait! The ambulances are filthy and old and the owners of the company are foreigners who are extremely rude and uncaring. I looked them up online and they have even injured their patients no joke in 12/2008 they crashed and fatally injured a woman in Palo Alto, CA!!! I've stopped using this company and am using another I highly recommend ProTransport or AMR they are professional clean and extremely nice people. Take my advice avoid this company!!!
Cons: always late, overpriced, unprofessional, filthy ambulances.
