Bay Medic Did It Again! On behalf of needy Contra Costa County residents I would like to thank the entire Bay Medic Team for their hard work and dedication to their local community. I am one of the Contra Costa County Food Bank, food recipient. This was my second year close to the holidays that I went there and I saw Bay Medic Ambulance guys and girls bringing large bags of food out of their ambulances. I was told that how hard they are working to collect food for that food bank and trying to encourage people to donate food for needy people like us. As a single mother I would like to thank Bay Medic Ambulance entire crew and all individuals for their donations. Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.? I have nothing but nice things to say about this company. The young men and women who work there are professional and caring individuals. After a huge problem with another transport company and a great recommendation from nursing staff at her skilled nursing facility, it was suggested we try Bay Medic and for over a year now they take her to all her medical appointments. They are always on time and we have never had any problems with this company. Thank you to all the wonderful emt's who are now all familiar faces in our family. Happy Holidays to all of you. more

wow i dont even want to give the company one star they are terrible. Always late, expensive, and unprofessional. They forgot to take my mom to her radiology appt and the owners are the rudest people i have ever talked to infact i can hardly understand what their saying. if you value your family members health and want to save yourself a headache dont use these morons. more

I'm surprised theres any good reviews on any of these websites. It scares me that theres a company like this that operates out there they are all about quantity and not quality and are ALWAYS late. They are unprofessional and their dispatchers argue on the phone with there EMT's about collecting money ( they are over priced) and even left my father at the hospital once because we needed another 10 mins. to get ready and they said they weren't willing to wait! The ambulances are filthy and old and the owners of the company are foreigners who are extremely rude and uncaring. I looked them up online and they have even injured their patients no joke in 12/2008 they crashed and fatally injured a woman in Palo Alto, CA!!! I've stopped using this company and am using another I highly recommend ProTransport or AMR they are professional clean and extremely nice people. Take my advice avoid this company!!! Cons: always late, overpriced, unprofessional, filthy ambulances. more

When no one would transport me to UCLA med center Bay Medic Ambulance rose to the challenge. We called several companies for an overnite ambulance ride to Los Angeles ad no one would take me. Nobody, a nurse in San Ramone gave my daughter a pen with Bay Medic's phone number on it. My daughter finally got hold of the freindly medics at Bay Medic and they had me on the road in forty five minutes. I made it for my scheduled surgery and now am spending my recovery surfing the net on my new laptop. I can not wait to meet the company owners and when I get out of here I have a dinner date with the cute gal you took care of me and kept me breathing on the ride down.
