We have been using Answering Solutions for years! I have my own Business with Heidi's Happy Havanese. They made sure they knew all about our Havanese to help answer questions as well as our calls, helping us place our pups! My Husband had his Investigative Business for years as well. Answering Solutions were able to answer the phone professionally for both businesses! They would take accurate messages, transfer calls where ever we were (even on vacation), as well as email us with accurate information. This enabled us to have a life beyond the office without missing a call. Both of our businesses demand prompt and accurate responses.
