Hopefully your experience will be better than mine when buying a new vehicle. I am writing this in regards to the terrible service I have dealt with since buying my car. I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord at College Park Honda. From the beginning the service was not welcoming or friendly, something most people look for when buying a car. I am a student at East Carolina University and needed to have the tag and title in North Carolina. Tharius Robinson, the Finance manager lead me to believe that this would be an easy process and that their policy was they would take care of it (they did not let buyers issue tags). Once sending them the required information they needed (insurance and license) I should have my tags within two weeks.
