I grew up in Colombia and know what true Colombian food tastes like. This restaurant makes a mockery of true Colombian food. For starters, the service was awful. It took several minutes before the waitress came to us. She was dressed really hoochy and seemed indifferent to us.
I ordered and ""sobrebarriga la criolla"", and it was overcooked. The meat was ""mushy"". My daughter ordered a ""Bandeja Paisa"". The pork was not fresh, the meat had no seasoning, it looked like they just threw it on the grill. The juices we ordered had black particles in it.
If the owner of this restaurant is Colombian, he needs to rethink his/her citizenship and go back and learn what true Colombian food is. What a disgrace.
