The location is actually a cherry. You can bike under Arapahoe and head to the country or downtown in the shaded Boulder Creek Bike Path. Scott Carpenter Park is across the street, and 29th St. Mall is next door. If you're in a hurry, you can bike to Pearl on Walnut - 1.5 miles. You don't have to deal with the tourists downtown unless you want to. You're right next to Foothills Pkwy - so commuting to work is a snap - that is if you can't bike to work like most of us. Or, take the bus using the free Eco pass. You can grab the bus to the airport or head to a Rockies or Broncos game without all the hassle. You can grab a bus to ski at Eldora in winter. I'm not too ""rich"" for the bus. The condos are exceedingly quiet, and you don't have wood construction. Y ou don't hear your neighbors. We're actually on a corner, so we are further away from our neighbors windows than we were in the 'burbs!! You can't beat the year round pool and hot tubs, the free wifi in the common area, the free DirecTV on all the plasma TV's and in the theater room. All we pay for outside HOA dues is electricity. We get free ""house"" gas for our grill, and we can legally HAVE a grill on our deck, because it isn't wood. The new restaurants are great!
Pros: location and amenities
Cons: slow to be accepted by a critical bunch
