I have been taking my son to Dr Thompson for 3 years, and to date things have been above avg with service etc. Today, I took my son in and was made to wait in a room for over an hour. When I finally came decided to go ask if we were going to be seen by a doctor, I was told that my doctor was in the office consulting with Dr Thompson on a critical patient. As we went back to our room, I saw Dr Thompson and asked him how much longer my wait would be and if it was typical to wait this long. He said he would look into it, I then stated I was told my doctor was consulting with him, he said that was not true. I asked for an apology form the person who told me this and she stated she had never told me this. If someone providing care for my child would lie to me about something as simple as the doctor running behind, what else might they lie about. BE VERY SKEPTICAL of this office.
