1. I rented from O.G. for a little over one year after living in B-town for 4 years prior in nice a two bedroom apartment.
2. I LOVED It here. The maintence crew was tops! Everything was fixed easily and I never waited. They were friendly and not creepy. (If you are a stay at home mom you sometimes can be uncomfortable out by men coming into your home, These guys are super polite and know what they are doing. I read this site before I moved in and was terrified by the idea of the hostle staff but was pleasantly surprised. You are paying your rent, not going to a spa. I'm not sure what some other writers wanted from the upfront staff, but all my needs were met and I was happy. I didn't feel disrespected.
3. I wish we would have moved in 4 years earlier becuase it was actually cheaper to have a three bedroom townhouse at OG than our two bedroom apartment. We did have a cat in our other place and got rid of him to come to OG. That saved us $$$. We got a fenced in back yard,
