I was billed for an unauthorized service. Contacted NOON several times to cancel service and they continued to come. I finally stopped the man in my front yard and asked him to leave. I contacted NOON several times to explain why I wouldn't pay for an unauthorized service. They refused to admit any wrongdoing and threatened to pass my small amount due over to a collection agency. Negative-response contracts, unauthorized treatments, and lack of respect for the customer are all qualities of a scam-like business. Avoid this business at all costs.
