I decided to give Noon a try for 2012. I have been with Terminix and other competitors. Noon seems to really care about their customer and worked with me to customize a program to suit my needs. Needless to say, Noon has provided my home with a safe pest free environment for my pup and wife to be comfortable. I will be sticking with them for 2013 hoping for the same results and customer care. more

Deceitful, dishonest liars 4/9/2012

I would not go any where nears these guys. The company is dishonest and is boardering on criminal. I enquired about lawn fertization, they then serviced my lawn without me asking for the service, even though I specifically stated I would call back once I had made a decision. When I called to complain, not once did they appologize for the confusion all they talked about was the money I owed for the service (which I did not order). I wish I had the time a resources to fight them, as I feel they are stealing money from me. Reading through the numerous reviews online, this appears to be their scam. STAY CLEAR. more

Do not use this company 4/5/2012

They call your home, record the conversation and then claim you ordered services. They deliver some minimal amount of material, plant a little white flag, then leave. It helps to have a video system. This system has proven valuable. The remaining comments are input by staff. Approximately half the comments are negative, an extraordinarily high rate of complaints. more

Noon provides excellent service 9/26/2011

I signed on with Noon this summer and have had nothing but a good experience with them. My lawn looked like a war zone and now it is plush and green. We won't know about the grubs until next year. The only slip up came when I asked them to suspend the last treatment because I am unemployed, they came anyway. While I could have drawn a line in the sand and said I wouldn't pay, they've done such a good job, I accepted splitting the bill. Show me one company that can show a flawless service record. Hell, when I called Chem Lawn earlier in the summer, I got 3 separate quotes for the same property. I don't think they are in business to piss people off, and I think they make more money by servicing customers the right way and working to resolve problems. I will refer them to everybody in my development and let them see for themselves. more

Quick Service 9/16/2011

I just had a great experience with Noon Turf Care. This is my third season with them but I never really needed them more than I did two weeks ago! My daughter is having her baby shower today at our home. I was so busy working and travelling that I forgot to seed a lot of the bare areas around the property the past couple of weeks. Needless to say my wife was not very happy with me. I was in Kansas two weeks ago on business and I called Noon in between meetings to see if they could come over and seed for me and I told the salesman how desperate I was and how my marriage was on the line. The following day a Noon Seeding crew arrived and carefully seeded all of the brown and bare areas in the lawn. I took a walk outside today (two weeks later) and I have a lush newly germinated lawn. The cost was under 400 bucks. I called the office to compliment them and they urged me to share my story anywhere on line! Thanks Noon Turf Care! more

Almost Perfect 9/15/2011

I would have given Noon Turf Care 5 Stars but no company is perfect. They provided reasonable pricing and delivered on everthing they promised. My lawn is really green for this early in September and it literally has maybe 1 or 2 weeds in it. If there were no weeds they would have gotten 5 stars from me! It sure beats the last company I had that did not deliver on anything! Almost there but I understand weeds tend to pop up from time to time! more

Can't be trusted. 6/23/2011

I had the rare opportunity to be home for a scheduled lime application - What I witnessed was Noon's personel randomly tossing lime BY HAND around a 1/2 acre lot. When questioned he replied that his spreader had broken. I gave him an opportunity to make this situation right by suggesting he return when his equiptment was repaired but instead he rudely insisted that he could properly do this by hand...not possible !!..that was the last time Noon would be on my property! I would suggest that if you do business with this company, you'll need to be present for every application. more

Noon Turf Care of Hudson, MA is HORRIBLE! Don't Use. 6/20/2011

I would give Noon Turf Care ZERO stars if the site would let me! DO NOT use this lawn care company. Last spring I hired them to fertilize and grub proof. By late summer, I had grubs which they guaranteed against. I called and they assured me they would reseed and make right in the spring. I called in April and May and was assured they would take care of it the NEXT day. They never showed and will not return my calls or emails. I even tried contacting the almight ""Fertilizer President,"" Matt Noon. Jerk won't respond. DO NOT USE this company. more

Noon Turf Care charges me for a unauthorized service 6/15/2011

When I writing my complain here I found I am not first one to complain Noon Turf Care for bill a unauthorized service. I first called Noon Turf Care after I received an advertisement in the mail. I asked whether someone can come to my house to make an estimate for installing a new lawn. Instead, someone from Noon Turf Card came to my house and did a spring booster without my permission. I stopped the work immediately, and called Noon Turf Care. I asked not to be charged because I had not requested the services and had stopped the work. The representative on the phone told me that I would not be charged. But Noon Turf Care still sent me a bill for the unauthorized service. When I called Noon Turf Care to report the situation, the manager was extremely rude and refused to listen to me, instead insisting that I pay for half of the billed amount. A week later the company let a collection agency send me a letter. more

Noon turf care is a class act lawncare services in mass. I had an emergency on memorial day and they scored major points with me. My boss called Friday night and said a big wig client from fidelity was coming to town for a Tuesday meeting and wanted wanted to join my annual BBQ. I called noon to spray for ticks Mosquitos and bugs they came over saturday just in time and sprayed fast acting fertilizer to green my lawn it looked like Fenway and we had no budge we were up until midnight with my client and closed the deal he didnt get 1 bug bite more

Noon Turf care bills for unauthorized services 4/27/2011

I had a verbal agreement with this company last year for applying lawn fertilizer and for grub control. Because of the poor quality their serice, I decided not to renew the contract. They claim that they had sent me letters about the work this year. I did not receive their letters. About three weeks back, I saw a sign on my lawn with their company's name on it. I called them about it and they said they applied fertilizer to the lawn. I told them that I never had a written or verbal agreement with them. Later I also received an email from them asking me to reconsider my decision. Now they have sent me a bill for $117.60. When I called them about the bill, first they said they will split the bill which I refused. Then they said they are sending their collections people for the bill payment. more

Finally a lawn care company that services 10/29/2009

After many years with a Large National company my service and lawn started to deteriorate over time. Noon has provided me with consistant service and follow-up calls to make sure I have been satisfied! They provided\r me with quick diagnosis of my lawn diseases and course of action to resolve it .They were out in 1-2 days to treat my small amount of crabgrass and followed up with a call to make sure it was dying! That is service!\r Pricing per app is competitive and they never pressured me on the extras. They also included 2 free Ph tests this year and 2 lawn updates to keep me updated on my lawn's progress. In the late Summer my Ph was 6.9 so they recommended that I save the money and not lime until they see what my Ph is next Spring. The Ph when they tested this spring was 6.6 so I added a Lime application. Keep up the great job !\r Thank you ! Pros: Exc Communication & follow-up Cons: None really... You get what you pay for more

Noon Turf Care 10/28/2009

Noon Turf Care is the local lawn service in my neighborhood. They were referred to me by my next door neighbor. I decided to try a small private company after using a national service for years. Let me tell you the Noon Company is all about customer service. They were out to my lawn timely and tested my soil for free. I had the same personal lawn consultant every visit and Dave was so proactive I told my entire family and all my friends how great they were. This is my first year using Noon for my lawn care and they were fantastic! They didn't try selling me on services that I didn't need, like the other larger companies out there. My name is Chip and I have used several lawn care providers. I am so excited that I found one that cares. Most providers try to sell you every thing up front. Noon Turf care tests my soil twice a year. I been using noon for two years and the first year I needed lime. My second season with them, my soil tested ok and no need for lime. All the providers I used in the past did not provide a winterizer. Noon does!!! Its the most important treatment for your lawn. Noon Turf Care is the best company out there. Noon Turf Care has been servicing our lawn for 4 years now. Within that time they have always been very responsive to our needs when issues arise. I found with our last company they were fine until our lawn had a problem and then they lacked the necessary customer service within the office and field to take care of the problem. The Greenest Lawn! 10/21/2009

Finally there is a professional lawn service that doesn't just fertilize blindly like those National Chains. From the salesman that scheduled the work to the technician that performed the fertilizing and weed control everyone was so nice and curteous. I even received a phone call mid summer from one of the owners checking in on the lawn. Most importantly, my lawn hasn't ever looked this good in years!\r more

Misleading and deceptive billing practices - Avoid NOON TURF 7/22/2009

I was billed for an unauthorized service. Contacted NOON several times to cancel service and they continued to come. I finally stopped the man in my front yard and asked him to leave. I contacted NOON several times to explain why I wouldn't pay for an unauthorized service. They refused to admit any wrongdoing and threatened to pass my small amount due over to a collection agency. Negative-response contracts, unauthorized treatments, and lack of respect for the customer are all qualities of a scam-like business. Avoid this business at all costs. more
