We refused to sign a contract with them so they came anyway. When we refused to pay for unauthorized services they sent us to a collection company. I knew the economy was bad BUT this is not the way to earn a HONEST living. more

I saw a friend at a school event that was sharing an absolutely hoffific experience with Noon and warning others not to use them. I realized that I had had a pretty negative experience with this company and should do more to warn others as well. My house, and several others on our cul-de-sac street utilized Noon for both snow plowing and lawn services. The biggest complaints I had were sloppy work, a confusing, unpredictable schedule, annoying calls to sell us more services, etc. One time, they came and pruned our trees. We never asked for this to happen but we were billed for it. The straw the broke the camel's back was when I came home one day and found the Noon workers taking a nap on our lawn. It wasn't until we gathered other quotes when we decided to no longer go with them that we realized that Noon prices were 10 - 30% higher than others. We are slo glad we stopped business with Noon and have been thrilled with their replacement. Pros: nonr Cons: poor quality, do services that weren't asked for, higher priced than others more

Do not use this company. They provide their service, there is no contract, then they come back next season and automatically start doing the service again, then send the bill. Even though there is no standing contract, you have to call them, get a 6 digit code and hold onto that, otherwise you get billed for unwanted service.\r \r On their bill they have small print which states that they can continue to perform service unless you call. The guys came yesterday to do my bed- weeding, and fertilization. They were dressed very nicely, and did a great job. The guys couldn?t have been more polite or pleasant to speak with, and they all looked really nice in their uniforms. They really did a wonderful job. The had to stop before finishing the job, due to torrential downpours, but they made sure to come to my door to make sure it would not inconvenience me if they came back the following day. Sure enough, the crew was back at 7AM the following day to complete the fertilization. I couldn?t be happier with the way my yard looks. Everything looks great, and the crew did a spectacular job! Early Monday morning i couldn't get out of my garage because of the snow that had come. I thought i was going to be ok by shoveling but i could barely get the door open. I started calling around and noone wanted to take on new customers. i called Noon they said yes and were out within the hour. I still made it to work a few minutes late but my boss understood. more

These guys are great! I had a problem with fungus on my lawn and they came out to take a look, they let me know what the problem was and told me how i could fix it. I'm a single mom so i don't have tons of money to spare and the price was a little high for me. I told them that i didn't know because of that reason and they worked a deal out for me and then they even sent me a letter with the option to pay for the service before it was done to receive a bigger discount! I took advantage of that right away. I have them for all my lawn care needs now. They even come out more than once when the treatment doesn't take and it's free! more

Just a big sales organization. Simply get continuous calls trying to upsell. Complaints about the lawn or service yields nothing. \r \r more
