They were very nice when we put in the order....was told to check back in 4 to 6 weeks. When our organization called back in 4 weeks we were told they didn't know the status would call us back. That never happened, so we called back the next week they was very short n rude and told us to call back on a certain day. Called back that day and was told they would call us, point blank. Very unprofessional and not what an youth organization wants to hear when getting close to the start of the season. Its been 7 weeks and no clue of the status, of the order. Thank GOD we only order 1 team out of 8. Do any one know of a place we can order our other 7 youth football team jersey's with a more friendly custumer service process?
