I purchased a TV/DVD combo 7 months ago and have never used the DVD player. Now, it is causing problems with the TV and will take over a month to fix. I am without a TV and the mgr told me I can buy another one but if my repair takes longer than the return policy, I am stuck with the new TV. Stupid! He would not make an exception to extend the return policy or issue a loaner even though others (store workers) told me he can do it. more
