I've been at Body Symmetry for only a month now and I have already seen significant results. The facility is great because it is one on one training and most of the time you are the only client in there during your session. Dan and everyone else there are all certified and have degrees in what they are doing, so you can't go wrong there! Dan told me that typically in a 3 month period one could expect to lose about 20 pounds and 2-4% body fat. At one month I am down 17.5 pounds and 2.3% body fat. All I have to do is make sure I'm eating properly and get a little bit of cardio in. I can't tell you how excited I am to see these kind of results and I'm sure it will only get better. It could be the same way for you! The sessions are fun and exhilarating and there is always something different to do.
