I appreciate and recommend good people and companies. I was contacted by this company about a loan account I had already closed. They called my family and friends, and I gave them reference number of bank closing the account (which shut them up) but I got another letter in these words:
Your payment has been received and credited to your account - but what about the balance? ......
That is so unprofessional, and on top of it, I never dealt with this company, so who are they to talk to me like that? That is a law5uit for harassment right there. (and I am seriously considering it).
The person I spoke to on phone (Kevin Kiernan) was very unprofessional and very rude on the phone.
I would only WARN you from using their services.
