We rented a tropical themed bouncy house with a slide and pool for our daughter's 5th birthday. When they delivered it, it was the wrong bouncy (a castle) and the manager told me to take it or leave it. He said they left the tropical bouncy in fresno the day before and forgot to pick it up. He offered me $50 off and said that was all he could do. The castle was dirty and full of candy wrappers, but we kept it because we had 15 kids coming to our house in less than half an hour. They were suppose to pick it up that day at 5 pm.....we waited until 11 pm to call and ask when they were coming to pick it up and he said ""sometime tomorrow"". We called several times the next day asking to talk to a different manager or owner and we never recieved a call back. When asked when they were going to come get it, they gave us 5 different excuses for not being able to pick it up. We told them it was killing our grass and the rep on the phone just said to ""move it off the grass""- how were we supposed to move a 30 ft bounce house? They finally picked it up at 6:30 that night but my husband and father had to help the kid roll it out of the back yard and lift it up into his truck because it was too heavy for one person to lift. The owner still has not called us back! more
