What a horrible experience I had with Bouncin Bins. NEVER rent from them. There are so many alternatives, and I’m sure any other one would be a better option. We rented a bounce house for my 4 year olds birthday party and despite their promises to be early, (I even offered to book the bounce house for earlier since we didn’t need it for their minimum 4 hour rental and was told it wasn’t necessary) they were an hour late-which meant the kids got to bounce for about 15 minutes before it was time for presents, cake and ice cream. (and I had to scramble to come up with activities for all the quests to do while waiting) What do they offer to do? Refund 1/4 of the money since we had rented it for 4 hours and they were only an hour late-Really?????? 1-4 hours is the minimum they charge 2-I had asked for it earlier and told it was not necessary because they are always early-that was even reiterated the night before when they called to confirm 3-they knew it was a 4 year olds b-day party-do you really think it would last 4 hours. AND they didn’t even come pick it back up until 11pm that night-Far beyond the 4 hour rental..... And it also meant we had to stay home all day waiting for them to pick it up. What a horrible experience. more

Well I can see others have had a difficult experience, but mine was great. I had a party last week, but I have used this company for years and its true I have had a few problems in past years, but I have to say that I noticed a significant difference in the service, timely delivery and cleanliness of the units. Noticing such an improvement I asked the delivery driver what had happened and he remarked that there is new management and the company is in the process of really improving their process and will even have a real-time online booking system in the spring of 2012. He also mentioned a new line of themed inflatables. I have to say I'm excited to see the changes coming for Bouncin Bins. more

Where is the owner? When was the last time you called Walmart or Target and spoke to the owner? Bouncin Bins is a large company not some Joe Smo business out of their garage. They handle up to 500 events across the country weekly. They have been around since the late 90's and they personally have handled my large events mulitple times a year. I would never go with any other company out there more

Can't get a simple phone call from anyone. Don't get involved. more

i had a reservation for my sons 3ed birthday and they did not show up and did not even called i had to call some one at the last second on a saterday they did much beter and came in 30 minites they were call ed isabellas jumpers super great service and even gave me a dicount and a free pinata!! wow but nether the less dont rent from bouncin bin ever!!! Pros: so called big company Cons: very bad service, high prices, no care for custumers more

terrible customer service 6/9/2009

We rented a tropical themed bouncy house with a slide and pool for our daughter's 5th birthday. When they delivered it, it was the wrong bouncy (a castle) and the manager told me to take it or leave it. He said they left the tropical bouncy in fresno the day before and forgot to pick it up. He offered me $50 off and said that was all he could do. The castle was dirty and full of candy wrappers, but we kept it because we had 15 kids coming to our house in less than half an hour. They were suppose to pick it up that day at 5 pm.....we waited until 11 pm to call and ask when they were coming to pick it up and he said ""sometime tomorrow"". We called several times the next day asking to talk to a different manager or owner and we never recieved a call back. When asked when they were going to come get it, they gave us 5 different excuses for not being able to pick it up. We told them it was killing our grass and the rep on the phone just said to ""move it off the grass""- how were we supposed to move a 30 ft bounce house? They finally picked it up at 6:30 that night but my husband and father had to help the kid roll it out of the back yard and lift it up into his truck because it was too heavy for one person to lift. The owner still has not called us back! more

Disgusting and dirty... 12/29/2008

We ordered an inflatable boxing ring for a 13th Birthday party... Bouncin Bins was late to arrive but that wasn't the biggest problem. Once they started to inflate the thing we began to notice how extremely dirty the thing was it looked as though it had never been cleaned, EVER! We continued to let him inflate it and thought well maybe we can clean it ourselves but it was beyond that, you could see the black grime all over this thing, dirt, leaves and ugh it was disgusting... not to mention it smelled like dog poo... so we told the guy just take it back deflate the thing and get it out of there before guest arrived, of course he grumbled and complained that he brought it all the way there and was a bit hesitant on the refund of the money but we did get our money back. Though the party was missing its main attraction. Its a bummer to plan something so far in advance and then the day of it's ruined by bad business. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know, their website looks enticing and professional but Bouncin Bins is disgusting and gross they should be required to disinfect and clean their inflatables. more

NEVER rent from BOUNCIN BINS...... 7/1/2008

i have never in my life had such horrible customer service than that of the owner of bouncin bin. i would never recommend this company to any other school or for that matter party ect... . The slide we rented was not put up properly children were hurt when the slide came crashing down onto several small children .. two kids were rushed to the hospital and .. the company (owner) still wanted to be paid . After it was their fault in the first place ... Safety first when it come to chldren and in this case BOUNCIN BINS was only worried about getting paid .. The worst business EVER!!!!! Pros: WORST BUSINESS EVER Cons: WORST BUSINESS EVER more

Terrible service 6/27/2007

We booked a waterslide for a June 30th birthday party. On June 21st, they called us and told us that they will not keep the booking because they do not deliver to the town the party was in. I asked them why they booked the party in the first place then and they indicated that if we were renting more than one item, they would deliver there, but they would not deliver for a $150 rental. Their website advertises that they do deliver to the town the party was in. We were just over a week before the party and no entertainment for the kids. They were also very rude and I asked that a manager call me back and no one ever did. Bad bad bad customer service. Cons: everything more
