Review content:
We booked a waterslide for a June 30th birthday party. On June 21st, they called us and told us that they will not keep the booking because they do not deliver to the town the party was in. I asked them why they booked the party in the first place then and they indicated that if we were renting more than one item, they would deliver there, but they would not deliver for a $150 rental. Their website advertises that they do deliver to the town the party was in. We were just over a week before the party and no entertainment for the kids. They were also very rude and I asked that a manager call me back and no one ever did. Bad bad bad customer service.
