Not a chance we're going back to this place.
I can forgive their being out of stock of natural casing dogs - short supply can happen to any restaurant. I can even forgive the time it took to prepare two bratwursts - they're cooking them to order. As for the quality - meh, not bad, not great, I can make the same or better at home with grocery store products.
But to charge a 15% "Gratuity/Take Out Charge" is impossible to excuse, and is compounded by the gall to put a tip jar on the counter! When I called the store to clarify what the charge was for, the person I spoke with was confrontational and insisted the fee was warranted, because they put the order in a Styrofoam box, and besides, there was a sign so I should have known about the charge. If there was a sign, it must have been in tiny type, because it sure wasn't on their menu board!
Bottom line, the food was fair, not great, but the poor customer service will prevent me from ever patronizing this establishment again.
