I just had my pool pump quit on me ...and...of course...it was about 2 weeks out of warranty. But Watson's understood that to have a pump go out so quickly (1 season) is unreasonable and they gave me a new one even though they aren't sure if the manufacturer will honor the warranty. They stepped up regardless and did the right thing! They didn't make me wait until Monday to see what position Hayward will take, they just did what was right! I am extremely grateful!
