I made the mistake of becoming a tenant of an apartment managed by EGL Properties and it has been a terrible experience in every way.
Every single time I have tried to contact anyone from EGL Properties it has taken them between 48 hours and 4 weeks to reply (and this is across at least 15 interactions). They take weeks or months to send out maintenance people for any and all kinds of service requests and then those people usually do very shoddy work (except one in particular who was fantastic).
By the way, the other reviews on here are incredibly suspicious since all 9 of them are perfect 5 stars and yet almost every reviewer has only ever written 1 review and half of their names all end in 1234 or 125. By comparison, check another notable local review site which has 3 low ratings similar to mine and one 5 star review also written by a suspicious reviewer. Very sad that EGL puts this much effort into misleading prospective clients when they should put it into taking care of their current customers.
Cons: Horrible slow service, outright lies & lack of communication
