Where do I begin?? Literally, everyday there is some network feature or service that is not working or is down on Cincinnati Bell's Wireless Network. Their network is very unreliable. Just two weeks ago, text messages were not being received for several hours, and I couldn't get into my e-mail. Last week, I couldn't send MMS or picture messages, and didn't receive my voice mails. Yesterday, I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi Network. Once these problems are fixed, they happen again within two weeks. It's crazy. On top of all this, customer service does nothing to help. They blame it all on your phone. The voice part of their service is bad too. I get a ton of dropped calls, bad voice quality where it drops out and echoes, and low reception, even in the city of Cincinnati.
