The Peloton is the first ""new-urban"" development in Boulder that doesn't cost a fortune (as compared to the developments near Pearl Street). It brings a meaningful number of new residences into central Boulder, which hopefully means less driving and more walking, biking and mass transit (I am a fan of all three). They have an amazing community center with a rooftop pool deck.
FYI I don't normally write reviews on Citysearch, but felt compelled to offset The Peloton's first review, written by user Clark7. Click on his name and you'll see that his only other review is five-stars for the Horizon West Condominiums. I am assuming he lives there. The Peloton's HOA dues are comparable to other communities that don't offer anywhere near the same amenities. As I understand it, they will likely go down because of economies of scale when the second half of the development becomes part of the HOA. Nice try, Clark7.
Pros: New-urban at an affordable price
Cons: On major thoroughfare
