I had Choice H&C at my house on a very cold night in Jan. They responded to my call immediately, the service guy came out right away, they got me heat that night! I was so afraid of frozen pipes, but he told me how to prevent them. The guy was honest and polite. I paid more for it being at night, but it was worth the piece of mind. I recommend Choice highly
