My wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Sequoia. I called the Audio Itch and spoke with Louis, who was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. The installation of our navigation head unit and overhead DVD was completed on time with no problems/issues. Louis then took the time to explain the operation of each, which was well beyond what I had expected. I have recommended this shop to co-workers in the past, and they have been extremely satisfied.
