I am really surprised by some of these reviews. I have been coming here for at least 3 years regularly for all my services and I have had a great experience every time. The facialists are incredible. After the facial my skin always glows and I am so relaxed that I can't wait to come back (I am a surgeon so I get pretty tense). The waxing is superb and I am left with very smooth legs,bikini,etc and it lasts for a really long time. I always recommend this place to my girlfriends and they are very particular about spas so I wouldn't even mention it to them if it wasn't great. I say you would be mistaken not to go.
