Before I found Tracie (through Citysearch a year ago) I had tried yoga and all kinds of therapy and had been to see numerous doctors to cure my back. I was in chronic pain and there were days I had to lay down several times a day or take a hot shower to numb the pain. Sessions with Tracie improved my posture and strengthened my abs to the point that I am feeling much stronger. I am also much more aware of what happens to my body and muscles and where the pain originates from. I am a writer and can't recommend Tracie enough for those like me. Pilates is great for all the people who sit in front of computer a lot and don't have strong core muscles. I feel like a new person and all thanks to Tracie and her both intuitive and knowledge-full instruction. \r
