We were charged an ""advance"" fee of $770 that was to be applied towards plans and work for our pool and backyard landscaping ($77 x 10 hours). They used 3-4 hours of the advance drawing a plan we did not like. We chose a different company. Artisan refuses, after multiple inquiries to refund the balance of the fee that was advanced.
Cons: Bad design, and no repayment of advanced funds
