Above average cuisine, prepared very carefully, always very good. I am born in Houston, worked here 50 years, retired to the Texas brush country. But this is where I go for a nice dinner when I am back in town. Been eating there for years. If you haven't heard of it or haven't been there, you are missing out. Small, cozy, nice people, but tastefully l aid out. Never feels crowded, even when its full. Which happens pretty often. They're very nice about reservations, do their best. Owner is a good man, knowledgeable in his trade and will probably remember your name after your first visit. I don't know how he does it. Good bar too, always a good wine available too.
Pros: very good food, beautiful presentation, consistent
Cons: None really, they've made it work very well
