Two and a half years ago I tore my PCL snowboarding. I had two rounds of physical therapy, replacement surgery, and then more therapy. Unable to regain my former strength, I decided to get a personal trainer. After six months of working out with Dan I have seen great improvement; I no longer have pain from standing, walking, or sitting for long periods of time, and I have gained flexibility and strength that enable me to do everyday tasks. My goal is that in another six months I will be able to participate in high-impact activities like dancing, running, and even snowboarding.\r
In addition to recovering my leg's former glory, the rest of my body is getting into shape.
Pros: working out by yourself, college educated trainers,
Cons: Pay for mistakes with burritos :) and sometimes Dan dances
