Where can I even begin. Lived there several years. While living there I brought several concerns to their attention. NONE were taken care of unless they were liable. Sidewalk was crumbling and was mostly gravel(only spot in the neighborhood, all the rest were nice and clean and solid), Basement leaked all year long. When the snow melted in the winter and spring and in the summer as they built on a underground stream, the deck was held together by sheer luck (the neighbors actually COLLAPSED while they were on it) Literally every board was pulling away from the others, there were outlets without covers when we moved in and patch spots seen on our tour we were assured would be finished up when we moved in, of course none were. The ""wife"" of this family team is quite honestly one of the most unpleasant people I have ever known. Condescending to you in the home you were paying them RIDICULOUS money to live in. Not only did they charge you the premium price, they then expected you to pay for every single wear and tear issue in the home. From railing hardware that would just snap off in your hand to window trims and pieces of hardware that were not there when you moved in!
Slumlords would have taken better care of their properties and tenants than these people do.
The son is extremely nice.
Pros: Nice neighborhoods
Cons: Slumlords
