TOTAL disapointment. I heard Dr. Glazer knew her stuff. The first available appointment was March 3 when I made the appointment at Christmas. The unfriendly secretary left a voice mail on February 28th at 8:30 am saying that if I did not confirm the appt. by 11 am the appt. would be canceled. Needless to say I did not receive the message until 5pm. I then called Dr. Glazer's weekend answering service and informed them I had just received the message and had planned to be at my appt. I called again on Saturday March 1 and reaffirmed the Monday appointment. .. Monday morning at 9am Dr. Glaser's office staff called she said I did not have an appt.. How can this be? The paperwork that was sent out by Dr. Glaser's office did not mention confirming the appointment. It ONLY said if I needed to cancel to give them 24 hours notice.
